  • Be creative! Whether it's a pun, a meme, is decked out in LEDs, is a handmade work of art, or anything in between - we love to see people express themselves through their totems!
  • Be considerate! No one likes it when they can't see the stage because a big square poster totem is blocking their view. If your totem can get in the way of someone's ability to fully enjoy a set, please consider moving farther to the back or sides of the crowd.

If in the security's judgment, anyone in the vehicle is intoxicated, or if the container of alcohol is open, the organizers reserve the right to confiscate the alcohol.
Kegs, glass, hard liquor, or vending of alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds.
Alcohol may not be brought from your camping area into the festival grounds.
Please, no glass whatsoever. Broken glass is very difficult to clean out of grass, and we want to keep our campgrounds safe for everyone!

Sound Systems and Speakers Policy

Portable bluetooth speakers are allowed in the campground. Externally amplified sound is not permitted.
Soundboks systems are permitted in the campground, but since they are capable of getting really loud, please be considerate of your camping neighbors.
If a neighbor asks to turn down music, please respect their wishes. We reserve the right to confiscate or remove sounds systems that violate our sound policy.

Medical Prescriptions

Medical Prescriptions must be in their original bottle with the label attached. Your ID must match the name on the label. All federal and state laws apply at Symmetry Festival.

No Unauthorized Promotions or Vending

No sponsorship, on-site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional/advertising activity may be conducted at Symmetry Festival (inclusive of parking lots), absent the Event producer's prior written approval in each instance.

Leave No Trace

We believe one of the easiest ways to make the world a better place is to leave every area we enter as clean (or cleaner!) than we found it.
When packing up your campsites, please LEAVE NO TRACE! Please make sure everything that was at your campsite is either in your vehicle, or in a trash bag before you exit the campgrounds.
Please collect any trash bags from your campsite and leave them in one pile on the corner of your camp.
Please do not stack trash bags. Leaving them side by side in a line on the corner of your campsite helps our trash collection team swiftly and easily pick them up for disposal!
With your help, together we can keep the grounds pristine and sustain the grounds for Symmetry Festival for years to come!

Lost & Found

The festival Lost and Found is the place where all lost items end up.
Please visit the Lost & Found booth to check whether your lost item was found, or to turn in a lost item. Check back later for our festival map which will be marked with the location of the Lost & Found booth!

ADA Accessibility

Symmetry welcomes all patrons with disabilities, and we welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. For any accessibility-related questions, please email us at info@symmetryfestival.com. We will do our best to ensure you have an awesome experience.
Please note this festival takes place in woods and does have uneven ground, so please come prepared.

Ride Accommodations

Rides will be offered from campground to stages as needed. To arrange a ride, you will need to go to the info booths/will call or find any team member with a radio to arrange a ride.

Camping and Parking

ADA camping and parking will be closer to the portapotties/showers. Please email ahead to info@symmetryfestival.com to gain a ADA Parking/Camping pass to get the appropriate wristbands at check in for you and a companion.

Rentals

Symmetry will not be offering any wheelchairs or scooter rentals and encourage fans to look into these resources ahead of time.

Power for Medical Devices

Understanding the importance of having a reliable power source for certain medical equipment, we strongly suggest that you bring your own battery or power source if you require uninterrupted access throughout the festival. Due to the variable nature of the event and festival grounds, its temporary power source and weather conditions, we will not have a steady and reliable power supply throughout the day/night. We suggest a solar generator or other cordless electric power source. Under no circumstances will gas generators be approved.

Accessible Viewing Areas

There will be a viewing area for attendees with disabilities at the main stage.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; a service animal is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.”
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals and pets are not permitted on the festival site and will be turned away. Only properly trained service animals that are under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed within the festival footprint.
